Hindu Temple Destroyed and Set on Fire by Mob in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

It is widely reported in media today including the ANI that a rabid mob of hundreds of fundamentalist Muslims led by Jihadi clerics destroyed and set to fire a Hindu temple in Karak district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in broad daylight with impunity and the Pakistani police cheering them.

A video clip of the incident went viral in the social media where a violent mob of hundreds of people led by local Islamic clerics can be heard giving Islamic slogans and violently destroying a temple and setting it to fire. The mob can be seen destroying walls and roofs of the temple. One can see members of the mob gayly swaying the Pakistani flag in triumph of destroying a Kafir’s place of worship. The crowd could be heard calling the Hindu temple a House of the Devil which needs to be demolished for rule of Allah.

It is noteworthy that Mubashir Zaidi a journalist based in Karachi, tweeted that “the Hindus had obtained permission from the administration to extend the temple but the local clerics arranged a mob to destroy the temple. Police and administration remained silent spectators”.

Notably, the administration and the police were seen chanting Allah-o-Akbar and rejoicing the macabre dance of depraved mob. Rabia Mehmood, a journalist and researcher strongly condemned the attack on minority religious structures by tweeting, “2020 in Pakistan: Hindu temple in Karak, KP brutally vandalised and demolished by a violent mob. While the Pakistan government is fixated on  the rise of Hindutva in India, the fascists at home continue attacking non-Muslim Pakistanis with impunity.”

Another human rights activist named Ihtesham Afghan tweeted, “…It is very shameful moment for us because it reflects the way we treat minorities in our country. You can’t run  federation unless and until the minority rights are protected.”

It was reported that a rally was organised by Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F), a Sunni Deobandi political party in Pakistan nearby the site where provocative speeches were given exhorting people to not let Kafirs’ (infidels’) faith flourish in the land of Allah and the Muslims would be sent to hell if they let idol worshipping flourish in Pakistan. Shortly after provocative speeches was made by the aforementioned political party, the crowd charged to the temple and  razed it down and set it ablaze.

It is very unlikely that the Pakistani government or Prime Minister Imran Khan is going to take any serious steps against such rabid hatred and blood thirstiness for religious minorities in Pakistan and book the Islamic terrorists indulging in such violent acts. Senior cabinet ministers of the Pakistani government can themselves be seen threatening in Pakistani media that they would wipe out Hindus from India. In fact, a funny senior Minister in Pakistan’s government was heard saying, ‘we have such atom bombs that would kill only the Hindus of India’!

It is also to be noted that sometime back when there was a proposal to build a temple in Islamabad, a Pakistani Muslim said he would blast the temple if it is built and kill all the Hindus in Pakistan. Notably, all young girls of minority community are regularly kidnapped, raped, forcibly married off to their rapists and converted to Islam by Islamists in Pakistan. Hindu, Sikh and Christian parents complaining against this systematic genocide of females of their community are threatened, tortured and silenced. Even the Pakistani judiciary and administration co-operate and facilitate Islamist jihadi organisations involved in the genocide of minorities in Pakistan.

This human rights crisis prompted India under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to enact the Citizenship Amendment Act to facilitate quick processing for religiously persecuted minorities in Pakistan to seek refuge in India. India being the only Hindu country in the world cannot look away when Hindus and Sikhs are regularly tortured and pushed to death if they do not give in to the pressure to convert to Islam in Pakistan.

Thus, it can be safely said that the Islamic Terrorism Paradise of Pakistan is a living hell for the religious minorities in Pakistan, particularly the Hindus, Sikhs and Christians. The fake media factories run by leftists would do well to see the reports emerging from Pakistan’s treatment of religious minorities rather than indulge in Aman Ki Asha cottage industry which only perpetuates Islamic jihad.

Lastly, it is important to add here that Hindus need to stop bearing the cross of “secularism” which feeds jihadi snakes, as in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa the local jihadi Muslims did not even think twice before destroying to rubbles and burning the 100 year-old temple which donated food material and clothes to the local Muslims every year to tide over distress due to natural disasters like earthquakes, floods and pandemics like Covid-19. The jihadis benefit from Sanatanis’ large heartedness and generosity only to loot and wipe them out ultimately as it is an eerie recurrence right through the past 1400 years of history of Islam in India.
